Our Role:

Nurse Lydia functions as an independent contractor. We facilitate connections between Job Seekers and Employers but do not act as an employment agency. We do not have the authority to make employment decisions on behalf of Employers or Job Seekers.

Content and Account Management:

We reserve the right to manage the content on our platforms and may remove or limit visibility to user content. Accounts may also be disabled at our discretion.

• Single Job Posting: This involves a one-time fee for a specific job listing.
• Ongoing Monthly Subscription: This plan entails a recurring fee, offering continuous access to job listing services.

Guarantees and Qualified Candidates:

Any guarantees related to qualified candidates are contingent on employers providing clear criteria for what constitutes a “qualified candidate.” These criteria must include license type, state of license registration, specialty requirements, necessary certifications, and vaccination requirements. Employers must define these qualifications with Nurse Lydia prior to the submission of applications.

Featured Employer Program:

Nurse Lydia may offer a Featured Employer Program, which is discretionary and based on the employer’s selection of the pricing plan. This program may provide additional visibility and features for employers’ job listings.

Candidate Data Import and Processing:

Employers have the ability to import job applicant data into Nurse Lydia’s system. By doing so, they agree to the processing of this data in accordance with Nurse Lydia’s terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.
